A complete newbie question. Is it possible to restore the willier copper cromovelato to like new condition? I have been told by a few fellow cyclists but non-restoration specialists that it isn't possible without re-doing the whole frame.

Original = Keeping the patina, show the age and sign of use through out its life Restored = Strip to bare bone, rebuild (some times with modern parts) and repaint to its formal glory, more worthy to use as daily ride Please vote!

Ok Folks. Here's a tip. Use Aluminium foil to shine your chrome. Rub on the chrome surface to see results! Avoid those stickers or decals. A simple household item that work wonders without scratching your chrome.
