Help with identified this Vintage Lo Pro bike. ( Cinelli)

In proses to rebuilt the bike. Found with Cinelli Down tube stickers. Problem is it was resprayed long ago and i cant find Similiar bike. Steel frame with Gipiemme Patent rear drop outs. Titanium Fork. Good components. Full Campagnolo Mirage Groupset. Cinelli Handlebars with Shimano 600 Stem. 3 TT seat post. Unknown if its Columbus Steel. Very light. The rear drop outs Makes it difficult to ID The bike. Serial no 721674 at bottom of Crank.

Hi. Found a Basso Viper with same rear Stays and Braze on seat lug. Also match the cable eyes on top tube and derailleur Braze on fitting. The front fork lugs dont match. Is it possible . Hard to find info and help will be great. Many thanks Izak
