In addition to all original and restored bikes, I am into custom bikes as well. This is the kickoff of my new cruiser. That 51 Columbia frame I was trying to ident is going to be the basis of a trike build. I have an old trike conversion with 20 in. wheels on it going on the back, and the front is going big wheel style with a 26 in. wheel and fork combo. I'm not sure what the paint is going to be yet, maybe blue, or maybe orange. Red is also a possibility. Tell me what yall think, I would love to here your thought's on the matter. As soon as I can get some pictures of it I will be posting them. Until then, Preserve Vintage. Big John

Don't see much trike bikes in this part of the world. Looking forward to see your build.

Well, so much for the trike idea. I decided to go this route instead. Don't worry about the trike conversion though, I will use that on something, eventually. It will get painted, I'm thinking a dark blue more than likely. I haven't decided on the seat as yet. It's going to be either a springer saddle, or a banana seat. Black in color though.
