It's my first restoration project and I've got a few questions: 1. How to I confirm the year and model? The serial # is the C39549 54. I'm guessing the 54 after the space confirms its a 1954? 2. What is the best way to remove the rust and old paint? 3. The current tank on the bike isn't the original and doesn't fit well. What's the best place to find parts!
