Did figure out that it's a 1951 Columbia frame. At least I am pretty sure that it is, ran the #'s on it and they came out to either a 1951, or a 1966 model Columbia. Googled pictures of both years and it looks nothing like any 1966 models.
Maybe some unpopular model that they stopped production soon after they launch. These stories will then make this bike stands out. And this is why we love vintage.
