BSA Rodeo Chopper

Hey guys! Thought ide share a recent find with you. Found this at a market a few months ago in South Africa. Ive Never seen one before, and my attempts to find out more about it havent been successful. Please comment if you have any knowledge to share with me! :) Its a BSA badged, Chopper styled bicycle. It has the Word 'Rodeo' on the chainguard which would sugest that its called a BSA Rodeo. Raleigh decal on the seat stay, confirms that its a South African built bike. 26 x 1 3/8 wheels and tires. Stermey Archer 3 speed hub with cool(raleigh chopper style) gear shifter. Payed R400 for it (40$), dont think it was too much but there is a fair amont to do to it. Not all the gears are working and the rims are shot. someone panted over the chrome with 'chrome' paint to make it look 'new'. It looks crap so I've striped it off and the chrome isn't that bad underneath. Original paint job is ok despite the sea air having taken its toll in some spots. Cant wait to get it up and riding again! Is there a chance that this is built out of bits and pieces or was this a BSA model? Here are some shots i did in my studio._DSC0564.jpgScreen+Shot+2013-09-17+at+2.42.00+PM.pngScreen+Shot+2013-08-01+at+4.00.13+PM.pngScreen+Shot+2013-08-01+at+3.59.52+PM.png
