So here's the pictures. We had 9 riders all on Chopper

Meeting up was on Tower Bridge at 09:30

Next was around the corner to the tea cafe (posh one)

Then East along the North bank

This has to be one of the best shots of all time

I took the MK I on this ride

Canary Wharf in the background

Mile End BMX track

Back to our old favorite hill, Mile End World War II ant-aircraft gun platform.

We pulled up outside a bike shop and with the labels on the bikes a lot of passers by thought they were for sale

The ride ended back at Tower Bridge at about 5pm........BUT. There were people there from Birmingham and Yorkshire si we had to do the whistlestop sightseeing tour. You can't visit London without it . Here we go

Westminster Bridge with the Sun in the wrong place

Parliamant Square

Westminster Abbey

There was a lot of security going on in the area with the London Marathon on the next day, barriers being erected, roads closed (except for bikes) etc. The security guard at Westminster Abbey got a bit too involved

And of course Buckingham Palace.

The whole ride was 20.4 miles in all and a great day. Always nice meeting new folk.
