Hi guys, when i got this bike, it was sprayed over with black paint.I took it to a powder coating factory to strip and get a new coat.I need help in identifying the brand and model of this frame.I hope to restore this oldie to its former glory.

Hi! I was wondering if anyone could tell me the name of the bike in the photo...it was my dad's bike. I thought the arched front supports might make obvious to someone. It looks like he was about 8 or 9 in the photo, so that would put it around 1949 or 1950. I'd be very grateful! Thanks!
